Forget Me Not Volunteer
We need volunteers to support patients with activities whilst they are staying with us. Some of our activities will include playing games like dominos or cards, doing puzzles or reading, reminiscing and generally making their time with us a friendlier experience. If you have any hobbies or skills like playing an instrument or singing that is a bonus as activities can vary depending on how the patients are on the ward that day.
You will also need to liaise with members of staff within the ward and possibly take messages to other staff members.
The pace of this ward is a lot slower than others, being relaxed, calm and friendly.
This opportunity is flexible to fit with the days and times you are available, once signed up to this we will arrange the hours and times together.
