What Matters To Me - Conversation Facilitator (Warrington)
A series of events have been arranged by the Communication and Engagement Team for patients and the public to come along and chat about what matters to them when they attend hospital. The aim of the events are to receive feedback from patients and the public to improve services and and the experience of visitors to the Trust.
Based at the Moment To Go cafe at the main entrance of Warrington Hospital, volunteers will be asked to converse with people, help fill out forms and note down feedback / ideas for service improvement.
The first event of the year will be held on Thursday 24th August 2017 at the Moment To Go cafe area between 3pm and 5pm.
Volunteers signing up for this opportunity will need to attend a briefing session the week before.

This was the inaugural session, attended by staff, board members, governors, staff and volunteers. We learned a lot from our first stab at it.
I am definitely up for helping at future ones, not only to re-engage with patients and visitors but also, to put this learning into practice.
I think the form needs reviewing to make the questions more user-friendly.
