What Matters To Me - Meet and Greet Volunteer (Warrington)
A series of events have been arranged by the Communications and Engagement Team for patients and the public to come along and chat about what matters to them when they attend the hospital. The aim of the events are to receive feedback from patients and the public for the Trust to use to improve services and the experience of visitors to the Trust.
Based at the outpatients department and the main entrance of Warrington Hospital, volunteers will be asked to explain the event to patients / visitors and signpost or escort them to the "Moment To Go" cafe.
The first event of the year will be held on Thursday 24th August 2017 at the Moment To Go cafe area between 3pm and 5pm.

It was well organised and the staff were friendly.
Left on Monday 28th August 2017 for What Matters To Me - Conversation Facilitator (Warrington)
This was the inaugural session, attended by staff, board members, governors, staff and volunteers. We learned a lot from our first stab at it.
I am definitely up for helping at future ones, not only to re-engage with patients and visitors but also, to put this learning into practice.
I think the form needs reviewing to make the questions more user-friendly.
