Help Desk Volunteer Weekdays- Warrington

Are you able to help the visitors to our Warrington Hospital by working alongside other volunteers on our Help Desk?

We need volunteers to provide a welcoming face to patients and visitors of the Trust from 4pm to 8pm every week day and also 11am to 4pm on weekends.

Volunteers will need to provide information and direction to all wards and departments.

This was the inaugural session, attended by staff, board members, governors, staff and volunteers. We learned a lot from our first stab at it. I am definitely up for helping at future ones, not only to re-engage with patients and visitors but also, to put this learning into practice. I think the form needs reviewing to make the questions more user-friendly.
